29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.) On or about February 11, 2022, at 4955-4957 Cross Creek Road, Sarasota, FL, 34231, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 16 feet 5 in., in that, he conducted plumbing work on the roof without fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    a.) On or about February 11, 2022, at 4955-4957 Cross Creek Road, Sarasota, FL, 34231, an employee was exposed to a fall hazards in that, the bottom ladder's side rails were not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
