1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B):  Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure.  On or about February 3, 2022, the employer failed to fully document the training for affected employees, including but not limited to temporary employees, on the purpose and use of the energy control procedures and hazards presented by the operational metal mesh conveyor belt in the pita-making area.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
