29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) On or about 2/8/2022, Estate Hope/Container Port Christiansted  VI 00802, the CSHO observed an employee working on an Aerial Lift Year: 2012, Model: S-60X, Serial Number S60X12-24196 without wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.  NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
