29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):  Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:    a)  Maintenance Room, on or about 2/17/2022:  A Wissota Ball Bearing Bench Grinder had an opening between the work rest and grinding wheel that measured 1/2-inch at the right wheel.  The employees use the grinder to deburr edges on a fixture or jig approximately once per month.
