29 CFR  1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:  a) RT 24 John J. Williams Highway and RT 5 Indian Mission Road intersection on the roadway over Guinea Creek, in Millsboro, DE 19966 - West bound lanes: On or about 02/16/2022, employees were exposed to hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/caught in hazards when they performed waterway drainage installation/upgrade work for widening/future paving, when signs were not posted and flaggers were used to assist trucks and equipment accessing the site to enter/depart the closed shoulder area.
