29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about February 15, 2022 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material without eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about February 15, 2022 on Building 1, employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 6 feet while performing roofing work on an apartment building without a fall protection system in place.
