29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  (Construction Reference 1926.103)  a) Worksite: On or about February 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in the voluntary use of 3M N95 8210 filtering face piece type respirators while cutting drywall and for general dust control were provided with the information in Appendix D.
