29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about February 22, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing work on the exterior of the building in the following instance: a) At building 3, two employees used a JLG 400S aerial lift while not wearing adequate fall protection. b) At building 5, four employees used two JLG 600 aerial lifts while not wearing adequate fall protection.
