29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about February 23, 2022, employees were using diesel fuel to fuel equipment such the Salamander Heater and the loaders.  Employees transferred the fuel to the equipment manually.  Employees were exposed to chemical hazards associated with the diesel fuel.  The employer did not develop, implement and maintain a written hazard communication program for these employees.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements in 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
