29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):"Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  On or about 02/24/2022, at the Grace Church of the Nazarene, located on 2924 Union Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection, during the installation of roofing tiles.  Employees were allowed to work on a steep roof surfaces greater than 6 feet above lower levels without the use of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to a  14 feet Fall.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
