OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards:  a) 10 Harbor Blvd, Destin Florida; On February 22, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer allowed employees to use 3M Protecta "Rebel" Self-retracting devices that were showing signs of excessive wear and corrosion, and were not removed from service.  b) 10 Harbor Blvd, Destin Florida; On February 22, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer allowed employees to use 3M Protecta "Rebel" Self-retracting devices that were previously determined to be defective, removed from service, and stored with usable equipment.
