29 CFR  1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects.  a) On February 28, 2022, in the wooded area, the employees using a chain saw to fell trees were not wearing hard hats, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck by falling limbs.
