Location: Jobsite located at 171 Everett Street Brighton MA.  On March 7, 2022, workers were exposed struck-by and crushing hazards while working where the controlling contractor did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the work area.  March 7, 2022, A worker was injured when a granite foundation wall partially collapsed during hand digging operations.

Location:  On March 7, 2022, workers were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while working where an engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the stone foundation wall prior to sections being removed.
