1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):  Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation:    a) Location: 425 Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, NJ  An employee installing and replacing an overhead electrical luminaire lighting unit on an A-frame ladder sustained an electrical shock.  Authorized employee were not provided training on the control of hazardous energy (LOTO).  Violation occurred on or about March 8 , 2022
