29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   On or about 2/25/2022, at the jobsite located at 4710 NW 37 AVE MIAMI, FL 33142.   a.  Employees were exposed to caught by and amputation hazards while working with a drill press (i.e. Jet, No serial number available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.  b.  Employees were exposed to caught by and amputation hazards while working with a drill press (i.e. Delta, No serial number available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.  c.   Employees were exposed to caught by and amputation hazards while working with a milling machine (i.e. Bridgeport, No serial number available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.
