29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On or about March 15, 2022, at the construction site located at W157N7060 / N7068 Mayflower Court, Menomonee Falls WI 53051, an employee was performing carpentry work on a single story residential home with a fall height of approximately nine feet without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
