29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) New medical building located at 875 Mayfield Road, Milton, GA 30005, Rear roof: On or about 03/15/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided as employees were engaged in roof plywood sheathing installation on a 8/12 pitched roof.   b) New medical building located at 875 Mayfield Road, Milton, GA 30005, Front roof: On or about 03/15/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided as employees were engaged in roof plywood sheathing installation on a 8/12 pitched roof.
