Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while operating automotive lifts: (a) Worldwide Vintage Autos, LLC located at 4001 Forest St. Denver, CO 80216: On 3/22/2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees who used the company's lift when servicing automobiles were protected from crushing and struck-by hazards, in that six automotive lifts were not inspected by a qualified inspector at least annually to ensure that equipment reliable and could continued to be operated safely.

Employees who regularly use the company's bench grinders and chemicals such as, but not limited to, PB Blaster and Loctite AA 312 when servicing vehicles were potentially exposed to hazards associated with flying sparks, noise, and irritations to the eye and skin when working with chemicals.
