29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2):Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, and whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used:  On or about March 30, 2022, the employer failed provide a fit test to employees required to wear an N95 filtering facepiece respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the health hazards associated with Respirable Crystalline Silica dust.  The employer did not ensure employees utilize the specific N95 cited in their Respiratory Protection program.
