29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a)  210 Ruckel Drive, Niceville, FL 32578; On or about March 24, 2022 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on the roof (5 on 12 pitch) atop a single-story home with roof edge 8 feet 4 inches above the ground (and greater) without any utilization of fall protection nor were any alternative measures used.
