29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about March 23, 2022, on the northwest corner of a newly constructed building where two employees were exposed an ejection and/or fall hazard when performing glass installation work from the basket of a JLG aerial lift without wearing fall protection with a lanyard attached to the boom.
