29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) 189 Fox Field Rd, Bitterroot Furniture: On or about March 30, 2022, and at times prior,  employees were exposed to falls hazards of approximately 6 feet to the concrete below while placing mattresses on shelving units for storage utilizing the Crown Lift Truck (model 30SP48TT-S, serial H-6572-3) without the use of fall protection.
