29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices:  a) 2600 RICHMOND RD. Hatfield, PA: On or about March 30, 2022, and times prior thereto, the employer did not adequately train employees to lockout/tagout the pineapple cutting machine. Employees did not control all hazardous energy sources via the use of a lock and tag prior to sanitizing the equipment resulting in exposure to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards.
