29 CFR  1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily:  a)  In the Processing Laboratory at 4020 Vison Way, Lemont Furnace PA, on or about May 20, 2022 - Reusable cotton towels used to clean and soaked with Flammable liquids such as 100% ethanol (flashpoint 49F.), Denatured Alcohol 12-A 200 Proof which contained ethyl alcohol and n-heptane, and  isopropanol were disposed of and stored in open plastic receptacles on a daily basis.
