29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) On or about May 31, 2022, on the east exterior elevation of a residential structure under construction located at 9674 Mosler Trail in Lake Worth, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck by eye injuries when using a circular saw to cut Hardi Board siding while not wearing eye protection equipment. b) On or about May 31, 2022, on the north exterior elevation of a residential structure under construction located at 9674 Mosler Trail in Lake Worth, Florida, employees were exposed to struck by eye injuries when using a pneumatic nail gun to install Hardi Board siding and when assisting the operating employee while not wearing eye protection equipment.
