29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  Worksite located at 304 SW Hawthorne Ct., Blue Springs, Missouri- Employee was exposed to fall hazards in that a fork lift was used to elevate employee that was not designed by the manufacturer for such use. The platform was not secured, nor were there any guardrails used to prevent employee from falling.
