Location: The Ground Floor Back Stock Room   On or about March 30th , 2022, employees were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation hazards related to delayed emergency evacuation of the building while working where the exit access was reduced to less than 28 inches due to pallets being stored adjacent to the conveyor belt

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   Location: The Ground Floor Back Stock Room   On or about March 30th , 2022, , employees were exposed to hazards associated with delayed electrical power termination while working where a kayak and other products were stored, resting onthe store's electrical breaker panel door and blocked access to the main power switch.
