29 CFR  1926.25(a):  During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: Side of the house,  front of house, front of garage, inside of garage, and throughout main floor of house had scrap lumber and construction debris.   At the residential construction worksite located 801 Southeast Major Road, Blue Springs, MO:  Employees working throughout the worksite were exposed to slip and trip hazards and struck by hazards from construction debris and scrap lumber with exposed nails.
