29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Workplace, 5700 Bergenline Avenue, West New York, NJ   In a workspace on the third floor of a three story building,  the 2nd of two available emergency exits was blocked with materials including a chair, boxes of materials, and a wastebasket and vacuum on the exterior of the exit door.  This  2nd exit to the adjacent building rooftop  leads to a ladder and fire escape stairway to the street.  Violation occurred on or about April 6, 2022
