29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    On or about April 6, 2022, on the west side of roof of a Jack in the Box located in Tomball, Texas, employees were engaged in installing a new roof near unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels without a personal fall arrest system.
