29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 1954 South Upham Ln, Lakewood, CO, 80232: On April 7, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of at least 8 feet to the ground below while installing a windown by standing on an A-frame ladder positioned on a sloped roof of the residential house without fall protection.
