29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):  The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   Establishment:  On, or about, August 19, 2022, the employer had not provided abatement documentation such as updated safety procedures, employee training records, etc... to document that Citation 1, Item 1 of the Citation and Notification of Penalty issued on May 11, 2022 had been corrected.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):  Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  Jobsite located at 117 Murphy Road, Building #2, Hartford, Connecticut:  On, or about, April 11, 2022, two electricians installed a new light fixture by tying the power into the supply for an existing light fixture.  The lighting circuit had not been de-energized while the supply wiring was disassembled and reassembled with the new conductor, causing one of the electricians to receive an electric shock.
