29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) The Slate and Tile Roofing Company located at 5 Highgrove Farms NEW ALBANY, OH 43054: On and preceding April 12, 2022,  the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower level were protected from falls. Roofers were installing materials on a new construction residential home at heights up to 35 feet.  No form fall protection was being utilized at the time thereby exposing the employees to falls up to 35 feet.
