1926.1425 (c)(1) The materials being hoisted were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement: a) OCCI, Inc.,750 F Viaduct Rd. Chickasaw AL: On or about March 13, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in/amputation hazards in that the locking pin was not utilized to prevent the unexpected motion of the Buma Hammer Grab when employees were required to unload/load the equipment with a crane.
