29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about April 13, 2022, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 914 Hamlin St., Akron, Ohio 44320.  Employees were working on the roof above other employees on the ground with tools and materials that could have fallen on the lower employees and the employer did not ensure that the lower employees were wearing a hard hat.
