On or about 4/1/2022, the employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program to establish criteria for protecting employees when using host employer equipment such as but not limited to the personnel elevator at Mont Eagle Product, Inc. 29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 4/1/2022, the employer did not maintain jobsite inspections that were performed by a person competent to ensure employees were not exposed to hazards presented by host employer equipment, such as the personnel elevator at Mont Eagle Product, Inc. Sainte Marie, Illinois.
