29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) 2922 Watson Blvd Centerville, Georgia; On or about April 18, 2022 an employee utilizing an aerial lift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet, when the employer did not ensure that employee in the aerial lift was properly attached to the anchor points within the aerial lift basket.
