29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: On or about April 19, 2022 employees erected a metal frame scaffold on stacked and unstable objects, exposing employees to a possible scaffold collapse. Screw-jacks and baseplates were set up on four stacked pieces of unsecured wood blocks. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
