29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Payan Construction, LLC: On or before 4/19/22 the creating, correcting, and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that framers were not wearing fall protection or using guard rails when framing the second floor of a two story townhome building. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
