29 CFR  1910.107(c)(6):Electrical wiring and equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area as herein defined were not explosion-proof type approved for  Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part, for Class I, Division 1, Hazardous Locations:  a) Back Spraying Building: On or about 7/28/2022, an extension cord attached to a three outlet extender that was hard wired into the conduit was exposed to spraying operations with products including but not limited to, Orca Composites Resin Solution, a Category 3 flammable.   b) Back Spraying Building: On or about 4/27/2022, exposed wiring for light switches, electrical panels, and uncovered outlets were exposed to spraying operations with products including but not limited to, Orca Composites Resin Solution, a Category 3 flammable.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
