29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) T2 Furnace Area, on or about 4/21/2022: 1st Floor N Vacuum Manifold Area was not kept in a clean and orderly condition in that a wipe sample verified cobalt; molybdenum; nickel; chromium metal and vanadium present.  There was no housekeeping program in place to prevent metal accumulations.   b) T2 Furnace Area, on or about 4/21/2022: 1st Floor N under Tower was not kept in a clean and orderly condition in that a wipe sample verified cobalt; molybdenum; nickel; chromium metal and vanadium present.  There was no housekeeping program in place to prevent metal accumulations.   c) T2 Furnace Area, on or about 4/21/2022: 1st Floor N Hydraulic Pump Area  was not kept in a clean and orderly condition in that a wipe sample verified cobalt; molybdenum; nickel; manganese; iron and chromium metal present.  There was no housekeeping program in place to prevent metal accumulations.
