29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a. In the parking lot of a business located at 833 Picketville Road, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about April 21, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards ranging in height from 6 to 32-foot in that fall protection such as, body belt or lanyard, was not utilized by the employee as she worked from inside the personnel basket of an aerial lift while painting the commercial grade pole sign.
