29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using  tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator or annually refitted.    At Sentry-Brandon, Inc. dba Peach Tree Village located at 6100 Old Brandon Rd, Brandon, MS 39042:  (a) On or about April 21, 2022,  the employer did not provide an initial fit test to employees. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients.

At Sentry-Brandon, Inc. dba Peach Tree Village located at 6100 Old Brandon Rd, Brandon, MS 39042:   (a) On or about 04/21/2022, the employer failed to establish and maintain a COVID-19 log to record each instance in which an employee was COVID-19 positive, regardless of whether the instance was connected to exposure to COVID-19 at work.
