29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: Worksite located at 401 Charlotte St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injury hazards while in the process of removing an existing roof using power tools such as sawsalls, hammers, and prybars and were not wearing any means of eye protection. The Blackburn Allstar Roofing company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364721, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at .502 2nd Street Lees Summit, MO 64063.
