The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  262 Liberty Street, Springfield, MA: On or about April 21, 2022: employees were exposed to fall hazards as part of their assigned duties and the employer had not trained them prior to exposure to these hazards in topics such as but not limited to recognition of fall hazards, dangers of fall hazards and procedures each employee must take to prevent or minimize risk of such exposures.
