29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting framing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about April 26, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 12370 Slayton St., Papillion Nebraska. The exposed employees were accessing an unprotected level of the residential structure that was at a height of over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards while utilizing the stairway inside a new residential construction home. This was most recently documented on or about April 26, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 12370 Slayton St., Papillion Nebraska. Employees were utilizing a stairway they constructed as means of access and egress onto the second floor. The stairway did not have a stair rail system installed for the unprotected sides.
