29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about April 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet while performing roofing repairs without using fall protection.  Longhorn Commercial Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1277966, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 13649 IH-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78249.
