The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program by either having  copies or written proof of the Respiratory Protection Program, medical evaluations, respirators training, and respirators fit-testing at the worksite for employees requiring the use of respirators during boat repair and renovation operations. On or about 25 April 2022, at The Yacht Garage workshop, Marina Puerto del Rey, Fajardo, PR.  At the inside of the workshop - employees engaged on boat renovation operations were observed performing renovation tasks on boats such as, painting, sanding and wood work without proper safety shoes as to protect them from injury.
