29 CFR  1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:    a.)	TMP Manufacturing Company, Inc. dba TAFCO, Molding area, on or about May 4th, 2022 and times prior thereto:  Employees hands were potentially exposed to dermal contact with isocyanates while working with and around "ISO-Foam" (LDA-M200-31LC- Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate).  Employees worked with and around "ISO-Foam" during work operations including, but not limited to, the injection of foam into panels onsite.  Employees handling these materials were not utilizing appropriate hand protection.      Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement

TMP Manufacturing Company, Inc. dba TAFCO, Molding area, on or about May 4th, 2022 and times prior thereto:  The employers hazard assessment did not include the requirement to wear adequate hand protection in order to protect employees from potential dermal contact with isocyanates.  Employees hands were potentially exposed to dermal contact with isocyanates while working with and around "ISO-Foam" (LDA-M200-31LC- Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate).  Employees worked with and around "ISO-Foam" during work operations including, but not limited to, the injection of foam into panels onsite.    Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.
