Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a-Corner of Sunrise Terrace, Ramsey NJ 07446: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 12 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 05/05/2022
